Karon Sea Side Hotel

Clean place, big rooms, peaceful and close to the center. Beach is 15 mins by walk. Pleasant and clean and comfortable.

The room was fine and the location fairly convenient — about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach. The staff were quite unfriendly and appeared genuinely unhappy to be there. No one seemed willing to help, and even simple requests felt like an inconvenience.

Room was good, ac blew straight at the bed, so a bit drafty.

No sidewalk on the way to the beach, very busy road!

We forgot the airpods there, and they were super kind to send it for free to another location.?

Perfect hotel that met all our expectations. Nearby restaurants and shops are available. Friendly staff assisted us in any situation.

It’s a good location, very close to the night markets and cafes and massage parlours. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. Our room had a pretty view of the flower store next door.

The water was not hot or cold, all one temperature, lukewarm. Also water gets everywhere on the bathroom floor because the shower is right next to the toilet and sink

This was a nice place to stay if in the Karon area, which is a more relaxed area of Phuket. Bolt taxis or bikes are easily available and are so cheap if wanting to get to Patong, Phuket old town etc. The rooms were in great condition also and every morning fresh water bottles and toilet paper were left at the door

The receptionist barely spoke English and wasn’t able to assist me properly when I asked about taxi options to the airport. She could only tell me “no” without offering any alternatives or recommendations. The service was quite lacking for a "hotel." Additionally, the location was a bit far from the beach, situated on a road that wasn’t very comfortable for walking.

The room had all we needed and was clean. It was located in a fairly central area but still quite a long walk along the road to get to the beach.

The staff were not very welcoming/ friendly.

The hotel was clean, everything worked good, the AC, the. fridge, the safe, the bathroom. It was no problem to check in a bit earlier.

The towels were rather worn. Their particles came to everywhere in the room. They should have been thrown in the trash.

The communication with the host wasn't very easy, but generally we didn't have any problem.

We stayed one night in a double room and 3 nights in a twin room. Rooms were big and clean. AC, wi-fi, TV & shower worked well. Plenty restaurants and shops on the way to the beach. Great value for money. I recommend this hotel for the not so picky travellers.

No complaints, just to inform others: the bed is pretty hard, and the bathroom is wet, but this is common in Asia, so if you're not ok with it, look somewhere else. But you might end up paying more for the same conditions.

Great Hotel, friendly staff, location really good, not far away from live music and good food, quiet, perfect rooms, highly recommended!

Great hotel very clean and comfortable rooms. Good location surrounded by lovely restaurants and walking distance to the beach. They provide water and toilet rolls everyday.

Great location, massive room with nice facilities! Cleaned everyday, reception staff were lovely and helpful.

No lift, difficult taking luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs.
